We provide weekly status updates and always exceed targets for Job fairs to ensure you have a diverse pool from which to choose.

Our mission is to provide international companies or US business companies with a superior level of service and value through meeting Human Resource demands while offering Filipinos global opportunities to fulfill their dreams of traveling, professional development and achieving diverse cultural experiences abroad.

We acquire a vast network of talents with an annual pool of up to 3,000 applicants from a variety of backgrounds such culinary, tourism, hospitality, nursing, marketing, and information technology among others.



Each applicant is fully vetted to ensure a suitable match with Host Company and Program Sponsor; including screening of reference letters, police clearances, and medical records.



We provide highly polished applicants with professional (written and video) resumes, interview skills, and refined technical skills. In less than 4 years, we have placed more than 1,000 qualified applicants in some of the most prestigious hotels and resorts across the United States and Australia.

Cultural Day Fair

Vision International Philippines invited representatives from The Camby, Scottsdale and Abroad Alliance Group (AAG) last August 11, 2018 at VIP headquarters for a Cultural Hiring Fair. Selected Culinary, Front Office and Food & Beverage applicants had the privilege to meet with and learn from the esteemed guests, Mr. Ian Dunlap, Ms. Cheryl Nantang and Mr C.J. Cervantes. The festivity celebrated the Filipino talent in a true Filipino style: through good food with good company. #onevision #VIP
